The Concept

Our boardinghouse „Villa am Park“ is an extraordinary concept of living for people who work in the Bitterfeld-Wolfen area for a limited time or for those who seek a temporary change of surroundings for private reasons.

Here you will find an attractive alternative to a hotel stay. It doesn’t matter if you only want to stay for a few days or even for a few months.

You can prepare breakfast or cook food indiviually in our completely furnished kitchens or dine out only a couple of steps away in close vicinity to the boardinghouse.

 

The Property

Our boardinghouse „Villa am Park“ – a duplex house built in Gründerzeit style – was restored with great care and adjusted to match today’s standards. Both halves of the house each contain two individual apartments and a spacious studio apartment. On the fenced property, which is secured by an electric gate, there is a garden at the southern side as well as a parking lot just behind the house.

The use of our laundry room including a washing machine and a dry cleaner as well as an ironing board can be booked optionally.

 

The Furnishing

Our apartments and studios are furnished sophisticatedly, the furniture is well-matched, and the kitchens are completely equipped.

The apartments have groundplans which are out of the ordinary: They offer a well-lit living area including a workplace, a cozy bedroom with a twin bed, a bathroom with a tub and shower combo, a separate toilet, and a compact kitchen with hot plates and a microwave.

Our studios convince through their spacious living room with a dining and working area and a built-in kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. A vast daylight bathroom with a shower rounds out the sophisticated ambience.

Our boardinghouse „Villa am Park“ in Bitterfeld-Wolfen is conveniently located at the entrance of Bitterfeld Chemical Park, Area E. From the freeway, the property can be reached within ca. 15 minutes.

This is ideal for guests who work or are engaged in business in the companies based inside Bitterfeld Chemical Park or in the many other companies located in the surrounding area.

However, our „Villa am Park“ is also the perfect starting point for private individuals who plan to spend their holiday in the Goitzsche area – a huge lake scenery where you can find many restaurants and enjoy outdoor activities such as sailing, surfing, hiking, jogging and biking, to name but a few.
